What It Is
The program aims to improve the quality of elementary education for Government school children aged 6-14 years using interactive multimedia content.
Quest Alliance implemented a Computer-Assisted Learning (CAL) program for underprivileged children, in partnership with Azim Premji Foundation and Pratham, and supported by International Youth Foundation and Alcatel-Lucent Foundation.
What We Did
N-computing modelling was used to design the program, to reduce cost and power consumption, and launched in pilot schools in Bangalore and Mumbai.
Quest Alliance conducted a comprehensive independent evaluation exercise to capture the issues and challenges that needed to be addressed to optimize effectiveness of the CAL program in schools.
